Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using the personality test service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by YGNTI (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

Article 2 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to the YGNTI theory, test questions, result analysis texts, logic, and design, is the exclusive property of the Site operator.

  2. Prohibition of Derivative Works: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, translating, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works (including but not limited to mobile applications, websites, printed materials, or merchandise) based on the Content without the prior written consent of the operator.

  3. Exception for Content Creators: Notwithstanding the above, users are expressly permitted to use the Site to create and publish content on social media and video platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram). Users are allowed to monetize such content (e.g., via ad revenue or donations), provided that the content is a review or playthrough of the Service and does not function as a substitute for the Service itself.

Article 3 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  1. The personality test results provided by the Site are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological or medical diagnosis.
  2. The operator does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the test results. The operator shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages arising from the user's reliance on the test results. If you require professional assistance, please consult a qualified specialist.
  3. The operator shall not be held responsible for any service interruptions caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 4 (Voluntary Support)

  1. Users may voluntarily support the operator via cryptocurrency (e.g., Solana).
  2. Such support is a purely voluntary gift provided without the expectation of any goods, services, or special treatment in return.
  3. All support transactions are final and non-refundable. The operator is not responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses, network errors, or cryptocurrency price fluctuations.

Article 5 (Modification of Service) The operator reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
